Let me explain my loathing of M.R. I don't hate her. I've never met her & I haven't really seen her work other than S.W.A.T. & perhaps a few minor roles. It's the character she portrays, Ana-Lucia, that drives everyone crazy. I think it's b/c she acts like such a bad-ass wannabe that it makes people roll their eyes at her. I think the character is purposely written to be hated. At least for now. In an interview I read w/Damon Lindeloff (one of the writers/producers) he said that in the beginning of the season, they received tons of letters & e-mails from viewers begging them to kill of Sawyer b/c he was such a piece of shit human being but now, he's a huge fan favorite. I think that they are making her out to be the same but through eventual storylines that show us her background and past, we'll perhaps start to like her.

I'm just excited about tonights show to see what happens when the tailies meet the fronties. I'm especially looking forward to a Locke/Eko meeting. That has me squeeing like a fangirl screaming OMGWTFBBQ!
