Option B all the way! It is a fraternity HOUSE, not a fraternity APARTMENT. The house across the street from ours, it is so obvious that it could just be an apartment if they ever got kicked out of the house. That isn't the way it is supposed to be in my opinion. Our house is one of the oldest physical houses on campus (70+ years old) and I love it! It is made of limestone, it's got big pillars in front, and it has a central staircase. Not something you see in houses built today. I like having a house, not an apartment or dorm.
