as Carolyn said you order them through headquarters, they are a gold bar with gold crest in the center. We did a pinning once at our chapter founder's day and it was very nice. The ritual is in the ritual book and is only about 10 or 15 minutes long I believe depending on how many mothers come to be pinned.
