Phi Kappa Psi is being sued by a member who alleges that he was sexually assaulted. The alleged action occurred at the U. of Missouri. The lawsuit claims that the alleged perpetrator committed a similar action previously while he was a student there.

ETA: The article says that Phi Kappa Psi's executive director declined to comment on specifics of the case, but did say that it was a "he said - he said" situation. The article also reports that similar allegations were made against the alleged perpetrator when he was in the Phi Kappa Psi chapter at Arizona State.
