#1. Why in the hell did you put up with this? You allowed these girls to take advantage of you. How, exactly, did they "make" you drive them to random apartments? Why did you violate your own insurance policy? Learn to put your foot down.
#2. You should talk to the president of your house, who should contact the president of thier house. It is much better to settle these things between the chapters. Getting Panhellenic involved isn't good for either one of you.
