That is something that would be gold; but unfortunately I haven't located anything like that in UofT's libraries or it's archives.
While it's possible to ask active chapters what the local preceeding their chartering was if any... the problem comes to the more than a dozen chapters that are inactive (or whose GLO folded).
I was hoping that something like Bairds existed that had a listing of all the active and inactive chapters, with some sort of brief bio clip about each - I've seen such a list in an old Lambda Chi Alpha manual... a all-Fraternity version would be priceless.
