Are you talking Vasta in Dormont? If you are, it's there even when the sign isn't - Tom's Diner is basically the same, only scungier.
Phoenix Azul, I think we're naming places in the 79 corridor, since that's where the billboard was at. I know some great people from Beaver/Rochester - but they usually move.
And the two places I knew in Canonsburg have closed down - unless there's a place in little Washington worth mentioning?
