GPB at Tech has been closed for a while now.

I was a facilitator at recruitment boot camp this summer and met two panhellenic officers from Tech. we talked about expansion there and they said the chapters and the alums, for the most part, are very against expansion. i encouraged them to at least talk about it and set a plan to add another chapter in 5 years. who knows if that will actually happen. it was a big stressor for those women (just talking about even the possibility of expansion talks with the chapters). they said some chapters are not at total and would never go for it, some are having internal troubles, etc. there is much more to talk about when it comes to the troubles, but i'm way too tired to start.

ETA: there would be hundreds of happy alums if we ever re-opened at UT! There is an alum chapter and quite a few alums in my chapter went to UT.

Edited again: it was Tech, not UT. although there was a panhel officer from UT there too and i just got confused!
