My papaw used to say they told him in the Army that if you had a cold, you could go to bed and rest and be better in about 2 weeks. But if you didn't go to bed and kept your regular routine, you'd be better in 14 days. True or not, who knows.
I always like to pamper myself when I'm feeling under the weather.
My mom still insists that the best thing for a cold (I'm assuming that's what's wrong?) is rest, Vitamin C, and chicken soup.
