The only fights/tensions we really had were built over sisters with power. Mainly a past president who had trouble trusting anyone else to do anything right. She tried to control everything and when it was time for her term to end she didn't handle it well. She tried to handpick a new president who was a very nice girl but was too nice. meaning she didn't have a backbone to be president and deal with the problems. Everyone in the chapter pretty much saw that the past president was just pushing someone she knew she could control into running so we elected another girl who ended up winning president of the year at our greek awards. Other than that though most fights were just your basic friendship fights and were resolved easily between whoever was involved
