I don't know how NPHC's works. Do you guys have an eboard system? Committees? It seems like that would be an easy fix to that problem. The committees come up with the ideas, get it ok'd by eboard or the chapter, and do it. Lol the only time things get out of hand is when it comes to choosing tshirts for Bid Day and whatever else. We always tried to get teh whole chapter involved in choosing the Bid Day shirts. We'd give them 3 or so suggestions for them to choose, and everyone always wanted something different or had a problem with whatever. Sometimes it's better to just designate one or a few people for those kinds of decisions and have them play it out.
