My first few years in college I witnessed many drunk fights between guys. They usually happened between Super Drunk Guy A and Semi-Sober Guy B. Usually Semi-Sober Guy B didn't fight back too hard - just to kinda block himself from being hit, and usually chapter brothers would break up the fights and take Super Drunk Guy A to go to sleep somewhere.
Nothing really happened to either guys as far as discipline goes by the fraternity.
One particular disturbing night, I witnessed Super Drunk Guy A hit Sober Girl A, and it wasn't pretty. The most disturbing part is that some of his brothers were there and witnessed it too, but lied to police and said nothing happened. As far as I know, nothing happened to him discipline-wise from the fraternity either. But I guess since she wasn't a member of the fraternity it doesn't count as an internal conflict
