I was not able to make the convention in Philly. However, the next question becomes HOW the power was given. Was there a vote of NPHC delegate? Was it an outcome of a discussion and sent to the COP for a statement? I guess since the overwhelming majority of members were not at the convention, it seems so sudden. Unfortunately the other listserve assumes everyone was there but of course that could not be true. Please offer some additional input.
