I'm not going to meetings anymore, but I need something to kick me into gear. I've always done points with success, but I'm not really motivated right now (amazing how the idea of the wedding dress got me focused last year!) I got the list of core foods from a friend, but she's not doing it. What's the deal with the points you get as well?
And fill me in on what you typically eat in a day. I see myself eating fat free cheese, veggies and fruit all day...I think I'd get bored.
