At our 2005 convention, AOII announced our new plans for To Dragma. It will no longer be a lifetime subscription as it had been for ages. New initiates will receive the quarterly publication for 4 years. After that, members have 3 options. The first is to join the Life Loyal AOII program,
www.lifeloyal.org, the second is to join an alumna chapter, or finally, pay a subscription fee.
I agree with sentiments that going strictly on-line will disenfranchise those not on-line.
