That is rude.........and they wonder why members complain.......My question is how is the membership department responsible for what is printed in the Torch? isnt that an Torch department/editing issue?
Not to sound harsh but i think some people at internationals need some management lessons! It sounds to me like this person didnt want to deal with your issue and just passed you on to someone else eventhough it's not their area. Unfortunately this is a common problem in most organizations, business and otherwise
