Yeah, I read that too. She is always big when she isn't promoting an album or touring. It's good that she can get that much weight off that quickly, most people can't. I think she looks better when she is in shape.

Paparazzi must be a major headache to Janet Jackson these days. The pop-princess was photographed working out on a private California beach this past weekend with personal trainers in an effort to “control” the weight that she has packed on in recent months. Last week, US Weekly also published a photo of a plumper Janet, covered from head to toe.
Janet, known for her sexy videos and killer abs, has looked less than her video self at recent appearances, including boyfriend Jermaine Dupri’s Las Vegas birthday bash. In the past, Janet has gained weight while out of the public eye only to emerge a healthy toned body with the release of a new project.
