Binge Drinking has become prevelant upon the Age being pushed Lower From Blackmail by the Federal Govt. and Road Funds.
Now, instead of Socializing, it is get Drunk as Fast as one can.
As lifesaver said, 18 can vote, they can die for Our Country, but not drink!
It is BS and do not deny it. It has turned Students in to Drinking Fools who Kill them selves!
