When a friend in college explored it as an option, it didn't sound easy. For her situation, she was told that she had to lose a certain amount of weight before the surgery. Also before surgery she would have to be put on a strict diet to be followed for at least six months. Post surgery she would have to wear this body shaper type thing for 8 months. She ended up not going through with it .

Wow, that's alot different from what I've heard! Not really a lot, but I've never heard of the dieting and all that before. The body shaper thing, I was told, was for 4-6 weeks. But, diff doctor diff body type.
