If you are very drunk and/or drugged, it's highly possible that it would take you a while to notice a guy having sex with you. There have been one or two instances where I was very drunk and kissing a guy, and god, I would have had no clue had he tried to pull anything else. I was barely conscious!
Large amounts of alcohol or drugs would also affect your thought process on how to react . But, as GP is pointing out, if you're in a room with 10 football players, I don't think it's the best idea ever to bite.
You guys are just spitting out variations on the Italian "It's not rape if you're wearing pants" rule and that's ridiculous.
