i have a colleague who works all three cheerleading squads..
god love her.
and she has to smash egoes before they go out of control. and this is at the high school level.
cheerleading, if not properly controlled, can get weird real quickly.
don't get mad. i respect the entity. but i could no more do a correct bambi than fly to the moon.
