Does it mention anything about freedom to stand in line for months and years for medical treatment?

First of all the Bill of Rights has been replaced by the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
Secondly this has nothing to do with heath care or waiting times at hospitals, but with the rampid corruption of the government.
Thirdly wait times depend on the necessity of the procedure. This weekend i hit my head pretty good and was in for a CT scan within a couple of hours of going to the ER.
