1) I can't take the sound of a paper towel on chalkboard. It makes the hairs on my arms stand up and a few seconds later I have to shiver or "shake off" that annoying sound. I can hear every single decibel on every corner of that paper making contact with the board. I used to hate when throughout my school years teachers couldn't find the eraser and use a paper towel instead!

2) I no longer go to get my nails done. After watching one episode of a show that cracked down on places that never cleaned or don't clean their tools correctly, I was shocked to see what cleaning they did and did not do. The show also showed ALL types of bacteria that grows, etc. Traumatized me, I guess. I just do it myself now

3) I cannot see someone eating sloppy. For example, eating with their mouth open, talking with their mouth open, or trying to make the entire sandwich fit in their mouth, etc. I have to look away quickly because it makes me feel nauseous or makes me lose my appetite.

An example of a similar instance. I was watching a TV show where they would give money to a guy if he would swallow live goldfish. There was a fish bowl. There was a timer. He swallowed all of the goldfish and then regurgitated them one by one. Most of the fish survived, but he wasn't able to bring back up the other ones. When he was bring them back up, I ran immediately to the bathroom and vomitted, lol. My boyfriend had the time of his life laughing hysterically on the floor. He almost died from the "silent laugh" from laughing so hard!

Not to mention, that any gory injuries or operations or similar scenes on TV or movies, I immediately feel the pain. Example, if someone got an injection in the knee and I SEE that, all of a sudden, my knee hurts and I can "feel" the pain, lol. After I realized that this happens with EXTREME grossness or gory scenes on the screen, I have since refused to see things like that. If I see something about to happen like in an operating room, I have to look away. I can quickly glance, but cannot sit there and watch that.
