People's Republic of Boulder (and Berkeley of the Rockies) is appropro - just walk the downtown mall anytime....but the vast majority of "that kind" of people are not CU students, they just live the lifestyle of the stereotyped CU student.
Promise Keepers is in Denver...the misconception of Boulder is because of the former CU football coach (McCartney?) that founded the organization.
