I. Communication - This is a big skill that I've refined over the past two years. Bringing a colony of a national org to campus--especially as the initiator--was alot of hard work that took up time and effort, with tons of ups and down. I've learned how to better coomunicate with the school, nationals, interestees, as well as giving multiple presentations for my organization.
II. How to get things done, ie. Efficiently-run meetings, advertisement, budget process, etc
III. I learned how to work well with a large group of women! ..and still learning :-)
