Thumbs up

While not a very good speaker in front of people, I learned real quick when I started a Local.

Also learned to just walk up to people for recruitmet when I wouldnt ever before. Had to when a one person Idea of a Fraternity!

The main thing over all, if you set Your sights to do something, one has to change their whole dememior and do what needs to be done to get the job done.

What is nice about someone joining an existing GLO is that they have people who can work with them when there is a problem. Be their mentor and not only explain, but work hand in hand with them.

I learned more doing this than anytime in my college years.

When one gets some responsiblity, the preasure is on and most will stive to get the job done so they will not look to bad in front of their Brothers and Sisters.

Many an ugly duckling going in becomes a Beautiful Swan!
