If a message board is free and you don't have to pay anything to register, the chances of the boards going unmoderated is very likely. Not all boards have the luxury of having moderators and administrators who make sure everything stays clean.

You trying to reason with these people is pointless and I don't know why you even bother. There are other things out there that are worthy of your time, I'm sure.
