I enjoyed the Mickey D's in New Zealand. They had McCafes in nearly every store with nice coffee drinks and pastries. The one in Rotorua (or was it Taupo? I forget...) has a real airplane for kids to eat on, too. We had to be big kids and drink our coffee up there
