I've seen poutine on the menu at McDonalds in Toronto.
Around here they had bratwurst for a couple years during football season. The one on 42nd Street in NYC near Times Square had little teeny donuts.
In the UK they have this really good pasta salad, and right now they've got
toasted deli sandwiches. (Click the other links on that page and you can see some of the other things they have in the UK)
