See what happened is that Andrea was online last night while was chatting with Jennie on the phone. I type her an IM saying "hello" and she replys and she is like "guess what". I then type "what" and am telling Jennie "oh my gosh I bet she's engaged". Not like two seconds later she replys "I'm engaged". I started screaming over the phone to Jennie saying something along the lines of "Oh my god, oh my god, I was right, she's engaged!!!"
Jennie and I offer our congrats via IM. Jennie says we should start a GC candle passing, so I type that I'm going to start a candle passing, hence the candle passing.
I feel so lucky that I got to start this candle passing. I'm such a dork.
