I have a Zeta doll on my desk, and wear my tan windbreaker at times. On casual Fridays, I've worn my Zeta sweat suit (the nylon workout kind) and Zeta polo shirt. The workers know I'm a Zeta, the clients could care less.

But I love the idea of wear your org day!!
