I will probably never get one because I'm not a big fan of pain, but I'm also not going to tell sisters they aren't allowed to get them.
I figure if you want something with the letters in your tat, you should put the tat some place that isn't noticeable. Because it is still the letters.
Now if your going to get something like the diamond w/the pi (which like I said earlier, most people probably won't understand the context of it) or like a lion or violets, I say put where ever you want. Because I would understand the context of a violet or lion or the diamond w/the pi but most people would probably think "oh that's so pretty".
