I'd start by buying the house I'm moving to, outright, rather than taking out a mortgage. I'd also burn the mortgage on the house I'm moving from (but I'd keep it on the market).
Next, I'd make some charitable donations, including a donation to Alpha Epsilon Phi, a donation specifically to my chapter (they just got a new house, they must need furniture!
), a donation to my alma mater, and a donation to my synagogue.
I'd give some money to my parents. I would want to be sure they're taken care of as they get older. (My evil mother-in-law doesn't get a dime.)
I'd take a nice trip around the world with my husband.
I'd replace our cars.
I'd invest the rest, with an end goal of funding my retirement, my husband's retirement, and our hypothetical future children's college education.
