Hoosier, what evidence have you seen? Being a person that just reads the news are you in a position to be a judge of evidence in a case that has never been to trial?

I personally hope the guy's innocent and makes this DA look like a jackass. However, I'm not going to go out on a limb without a shred of evidence to back me up. The guy has been indicted by a grand jury which tells me that there is a very good chance that the prosecution can at least make a case against him.
