Delay put is best: "Charging with defeating Democrats"
He asked for a new judge, because the one now in charge in 2004 contributed to the kook bunch MoveOn.org, Kedwards, asst. Dems. MoveOn.org now selling T-shirts with Delay's mug shot on it (probably won't sell much, since Delay is smiling, wearing a coat/tie.)
The Dems are now trying to make "being a conservative" a crime. Likely to be as successful as Hillary's "we're the govt., and we're here to help you" socialist health plan.
