Try different types of workouts. Like if you're walking 3-4 times a week, try running or taking some sort of workout class or doing an aerobic tape. Also, try new types of ab exercises instead of just crunches. Your body gets used to the same workouts, which can cause you to plateau.

Also, I do what bluefish81 said about varying points. Since I get 20 a day, I'll eat 20 one day and 25 the next. It also helps to vary the kinds of food you eat.
