I'm terrified of the Core Plan, I don't know how I could just stick to one list of foods. I'm thinking I should try it though, I've lost 30 lbs. so far & I'm stuck. I do regular cardio exercise (3-4 times per week), pilates, & crunches (every morning & every night.) I've been on the Flex Plan since I started & maybe I need to switch it up a little.
