I was also thinking that the new doctor could be the carver because he was one of the few people who kne chickie was faking. I mean the scene where she felt and heard everything under the anesthesia was very spooky for me but she kind of deserved it. People were really suffering and she just wanted attention. When the carver came and slit her throat at the end, I was wondering how word got out so fast.
What else can they think of?

The new doc, Quentin, came from Atlanta toward the end of last season to help Christian when the carver got Sean for fixing up his other victims. When Christian became a victim of the carver in the 2nd season finale, he kinda lost his way and needed some time to deal with his issues (Kimber, the carver, finding out Matt is his son, Ava) so Sean asked Quention to become a temporary partner at McNamara/Troy.
I watched last wk's ep again. Creepy as heck. *shuddering* I am starting to think that the carver may be Quentin.
