If I had a nickle for everytime this happened I could retire. I always have to point out to the clients that the street is for cars and not dogs, cats, ferrets, snakes, rabbits, etc...I had a guy last month swear to me that he knows it was his neighbor that purposely swerved (sp?) to hit the dog and he was going to investigate and prove the neighbor did it. I was actually getting a bit frightened and I feel sorry for his neighbor, the guy seemed a bit off. The moral of the story is please keep your cats/ferrets/snakes in the house and dog on a leash. I have learned this difficult lesson as well with my own pets
