If I remember the episode correctly, Coryn happened to be standing near Lisa and Janice when they were talking, I don't think she walked over there to listen in on their conversation. In past seasons the judges and guests have told the girls not to bad mouth the other contestants, so I don't think it's unusual that Janice would tell Lisa to knock it off...especially since Janice seemed to like her and was probably trying to give her real advice. Seems like Lisa can dish it, but not take it.

But Coryn didn't need to stick her nose in to the conversation did she? No. Coryn decided to say that Lisa is talking shit about the other girls and maybe it's just me but I don't consider giving advice (albeit unwanted) "talking shit".
And as for Coryn, obviously she can't take criticism either. Her face when the comments were read to her said it all (and they only showed Lisa's comments being read to her but I'm sure they all were read). So Coryn can "dish it, but not take it" too.
Also, I don't think it is fair for any one of us to say the "whole house" is against Lisa. Off hand (without putting the tape back in and right now I'm watching Alias, commercial break) I only recall Kim, Kyle, Coryn and possibly Bre bitching about Lisa. So that leaves Nic, Nicole, Jayla and Diane who weren't bitching about her. Now, it's not to say that those women didn't have issues but it wasn't shown. I think that Coryn is the "strong" person and that when Kim, Kyle and Bre saw that she was "fighting" with Lisa that they just "jumped on the bandwagon". Obviously, those three had issues with her but they weren't going to start a fight and cause disruption in the house.
