I think one trip to either Canada or Mexico can make an airport "International."

I won't use the international letter designations, so nobody has to look them up, but I was once routed from Paris DeGaulle - Pittsburgh -- Charlotte -- Denver. That was a real long day of flying.

You guessed it -- US Scarelines -- I mean US Air.
