While the theft of classified material isn't as sensitive as the SIOP (Single Integrated Operational Plan - the playbook for nuclear war) or the latest crypto keylists from No Such Agency, the passing of that intelligence ingo to opposition parties in the Philippines definitely is going to cause some serious embarrassment between the U.S. and the Philippine government. Foreign governments don't take it too kindly when another country snoops on their internal affairs.
Heated words will be exchanged and Aragoncillo will serve time in the Federal prison system, not to mention possibly losing his naturalization and being deported. Pride in your heritage and/or your native country doesn't mean you sell out your adopted one.
