I tried to ignore posting as well but it needs to be said...
I am a born-again Christian, I've been baptized in the name of Jesus. I know that Christ lives in me. Am I perfect? No. But I thank God that he does not only deal with PERFECT people. If you read the Bible God used the most imperfect people...
David- Murderer, Adulterer yet God said he was after His own heart
Moses- Murderer
Noah- Drunk
Rahab-Prostitute (Yet she is mentioned in the Hall of Faith)
...And the list could go on.
I said all this to say some people on GC crack me up as they try to judge and condemn people when they have NO RIGHT to do that all. Only God CAN JUDGE PEOPLE!!!!
Now moving on to the topic at hand....
Membership of an Organization is not a Religion, it is NOT a substitute for any religion. My membership of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorportated does not solidify my relationship with Jesus Christ NOR does it guarantee me into the Kingdom of Heaven. Sooooo if Delta Sigma Theta can't get me into heaven, then it sure as hell can't kick me out!!!!
So YES you can be a Christian and YES you can be a member of Greek Letter Organization. Thank you!
