Also, try different things then ACTUAL COB...any social gathering is a place to meet PNM's. Have a theme party (I'm talking board games or vegas...NOT Pimps and Hos)
If there's a mainly freshmen dorm...take your COB to them. Have a COB party in their conference room at the dorm.
