At NMSU the housing varies. We have 3 sororities that own their house on campus, 3 sororities that are renting from housing on campus, 5 fraternities are renting on campus, 1 is buying it from the college on campus, 4 fraternities own a house offcampus, 1 is renting on campus and others are unhoused.

Are there plans for construction of Greek housing soon?
Yeah there has been but the likelyhood of that happening is slim to none. They've been planning it since the 60s

they have rooms either single or double

They are called socials, we have to register them with the Campus Activies office, it is common for parties with other houses. It depend on the group how many socials we have. We usally have around 3 or 4 each semester
