When I take a shower or take a bath, I MUST step on a towel FIRST and dry my feet. I cannot step on the bathroom mat nor the bare floor

Oh my gosh I do this too & it will drive me crazy if anyone steps through my house without doing that. I can't stand to step in anything wet.
