To our "office manager Janice"

(names are not changed to protect the stupid)


1. You are NOT the office manager! There are 3 managers + 1 Exec Director. Where do you figure in that equation? Just because you are the chick who orders office supplies does not make you large and in charge.

2. Don't worry bout what the f I be doin! If I am taking off a day for whatever reason, don't ask around if it is a PTO Day or a sick day for me. You are not the timekeeper for the dept nor are you my manager so why should it matter to you?

3.I meant what I said when I told you last week to get in your lane and stay in your lane. If you are wondering why see rule # 1.

4. If you open the front then stay your ass up there until the receptionist gets in (see bottom). Don't open and then tell everyone you did it but can't sit up there. Neither are we.


To our Receptionist

1. The office opens at 8:30. Not 8:40, 8:42 or 8:47. You are responsible for opening on time. How you managed to punk your boss and she lets this slide for months is beyond me. Let someone of importance come up in here (like the EVP of the Univ) and he can't get in. Not a good look for you honey and no I am not coming out of my cube area to help.

2. If you say you are going to (bank, bathroom) and will be back in 5 minutes, how does that turn into 20 with a trip to Starbucks, the Gap and some other places? Next time no one will be up there when you get back and DON'T BE MAD! I AIN'T SCURRED OF YOU!

3. If a relative dies make sure you keep your story straight on who died even if it is someone you can't get funeral leave for. Don't say it is a great aunt and then find out you can't get leave for it and make her an aunt.....Pick a story and stick to it!
