hey, sorry i looked for pics on Kappa Sigs website but it's down right now. It's HUGE. AOPi's house is right next to it and is one of the largest greek houses on campus. Kappa Sigs new house absolutely dwarfs it. It's costing them close to 6 million dollars. Alot of the funding is coming from Todd Wagner, a Kappa Sig alum and a business partner of Mark Cubans.
as for Beta, their president told me the other day they "exchanged" houses. Their old house is now owned by the university and the university gave them a different one. They will be starting major renovations on it soon. Their president said they probably wont be moving into it untill Fall 2007. So they have a while until it's done.
