Lifesaver, check out grilllovers.com. They have rubs on there made by Oklahoma Joe. Thats what I use for all my turkeys and chickens that I deep fry. I might use his stuff on my bbq too, you never can tell........
Tony Chachere sp? I use alot at home (take some creole seasoning, mix heavy with creame cheese, stuff in a jalepeno pepper and slap that baby on the grill........) I also use alot of oregeno, garlic, blackening seasoning, cayene, white pepper, crushed black pepper and sea salt. Just really about anything I can get my hands on.
