Hmmmm, I think I would try to empty the coffers of the terrorist groups (maybe hit their honey business) and launder it into several accounts. Of course there would be millions before they caught on. Then, I'd hire a mercenary to "take them out". They would offer MORE money not to kill them in which case, the hitman would agree. We would split the money and I'd hire another mercenary and on and on. When they were broke, I'd turn them over to the oppressed women of the world and tell them to "Bobbitize" them.
